• Centers that are dominant in the market they serve
• National or popular regional retail chains
• Robust markets with favorable population and economic growth trends
• Located in major metropolitan areas, or in strong secondary markets
• Properties with additional land for outparcel development
• Class A and B quality buildings
• Located in primary and secondary urban and suburban markets
• Proximity to major transportation routes
